No Bake Macaroni & Cheese

  1. 500 g Macaroni
  2. 180 ml Sunflower oil
  3. 110 g All-purpose flour
  4. 875 ml Soy milk
  5. 12 g Crushed garlic
  6. 20 g Onion powder
  7. 16 g Tomato paste
  8. 4 g Salt
  9. 10 ml Lemon juice
  1. Mix oil and flour in to a smooth paste.
  2. Add the soy milk and whisk until smooth.
  3. Add all the other ingredients and whisk until well incorporated.
  4. Put on a stove top and cook until sauce is smooth and thick and flour has cooked off. Do not stop stirring as your sauce will become lumpy.
  5. In a separate pot, boil your macaroni. Do not add oil to the water as it will prevent the sauce. from properly adhering to the pasta.
  6. When the sauce is cooked, fold in to the pasta.
  7. Serve hot.
