  1. 1 medium beetroot grated
  2. 1 large carrot grated
  3. ½ cup mix sprouts
  4. 3 large spring onion chopped
  5. ½ cup diced cucumber
  6. 2 Tsp Fresh coriander chopped
  7. Wholemeal wraps
  8. Fresh Vegan Hummus
  1. Mix all the fresh ingredients together (excluding hummus) in a large salad bowl.
  2. Heat the wraps up on a non stick pan until they start to change colour towards a golden brown.
  3. Spread 1x tablespoon hummus over the wrap.
  4. Pack in at much FRESH salad as you can, fold in half and enjoy!
