Banana, date & peanut butter nicecream

  1. 690 g Bananas
  2. 250 ml Soy Milk
  3. 20 g Pitted Dates
  4. 225 g Peanut Butter
  1. Slice up bananas and freeze for at least 6 hours.
  2. Take the frozen bananas and put them in a food processor with all the other ingredients (dates must be chopped).
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Scoop the mixture into a container and put back in the freezer.
  5. Freeze for 24 hours before serving.
  6. Serve a scoop of Nicecream with toppings of your choice.
