  1. 1 Box of Frys Veggie Mince
  2. 1 Small onion, diced
  3. 1/2 Teaspoon garlic, minced
  4. 1/2 Each yellow, red and green peppers, sliced
  5. 1 Punnet of mushrooms, diced
  6. 1 Handful of spinach, removed from stem
  7. 1 Avocado
  8. 4 Cauliflower wraps (banting tortillas)
  9. Plan-based cheeses, grated (optional)
  1. Fry up your veggie mince and season with herb spices, onion & garlic
  2. Add in the peppers and mushrooms and sauté (Time depends on how crunchy you want the veggies to be)
  3. Add in your spinach to heat then remove pan off the heat
  4. Put your cauliwrap in a pan to heat
  5. Once heated, remove from the heat
  6. Add your ingredients to the wrap and top with avocado, sprinkle with plant-based cheese (optional)
  7. Wrap it up and enjoy
  1. TIP: Add any ingredients you wish, such as diced tomato, cucumber or beans - anything goes!
