Ingredients
  1. 400 g Firm Tofu
  2. 10 g Nutritional Yeast
  3. 50 g Chopped Onion
  4. 2.5 ml Turmeric
  5. 5 ml Mustard
  6. 6 ml Kala Namak (black salt)
Instructions
  1. Crumble the tofu to resemble the consistency of scrambled egg.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together well.
  3. Cook on the stove top for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Serve on toasted bread.
