Ingredients
  1. 2 onions, chopped
  2. 2 cans of chopped tomatoes
  3. 1/2 can of tomato puree
  4. 4 baby marrows, sliced (optional)
  5. 1 punnet of button mushrooms (optional)
  6. 1 teaspoon (5ml) cayenne pepper
  7. 1 tablespoon (15ml) ground cumin
  8. 1 tablespoon (15ml) ground coriander
  9. 2 tablespoons (15ml) ground turmeric
  10. 1 tablespoons (15ml) of garam masala
  11. 2 cloves of garlic
  12. 2 tins of butter beans
  13. 2 loaves of bread, cut in half and hollowed
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pot.
  2. Add garlic, onions and all the spices and cook until onions are translucent.
  3. Add in baby marrows, button mushrooms and fry for 10 minutes.
  4. Add in 2 cans of chopped tomato and tomato puree.
  5. Put on a very low heat and let simmer for between 30 minutes and 2 hours.
  6. Add butter beans and cook for 5 more minutes.
  7. Fill each half of the loaf with the curry.
  8. ENJOY!
