Ingredients
  1. 2 cups flour
  2. 3/4 cups unrefined cane sugar
  3. 1/2 cups dark brown sugar (treacle)
  4. 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  5. 3/4 teaspoon salt
  6. 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  7. 1/2 cups plain soy/vegan milk
  8. 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  9. 2 cups mashed ripe banana (about 4)
  10. 1/4 cups sunflower oil
  11. 2 Tablespoon maple syrup
  12. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract/paste
Instructions
  1. Turn oven on to 180°
  2. Sift together dry ingredients.
  3. Whisk together milk and cider vinegar and stand for 2 min. Add rest of wet ingredients and whisk well.
  4. Add dry ingredients to the wet, do not overmix.
  5. Bake for an hour.
  6. Allow to cool on cooling rack and enjoy!
Notes
  1. TIP: Feel free to add dairy-free dark chocolate chips, walnuts and/or raisins!
